To activate your LiveCrew license:
1. Open LiveCrew.
2. Go to the activation or setup section.
3. Enter the license details associated with your purchase.
4. Confirm the activation.
5. Wait for the application to validate your license.
If activation is successful, LiveCrew will be ready to use.
If activation does not work, please create a support ticket and include:
- the e-mail address used during purchase
- a screenshot of the activation screen
- the exact error message
- your LiveCrew version, if known
If available, please also attach log files.
Default log folder:
C:\Users\<YourWindowsUser>\AppData\Local\Programs\CLB Studio\LiveCrew\logs\
You can also paste this into File Explorer:
%LocalAppData%\Programs\CLB Studio\LiveCrew\logs\
If the application was installed in a custom location, the log folder may be different.
For security reasons, please do not send sensitive payment details unless we explicitly ask for them.
