What should I do if I cannot hear voices or audio in LiveCrew?

If you cannot hear voices or audio in LiveCrew, please check the following:

1. Make sure LiveCrew is running.
2. Check the volume controls inside the application.
3. Verify that the correct audio output device is selected in Windows.
4. Confirm that Microsoft Flight Simulator is running normally.
5. Check whether the issue affects:
- copilot
- cabin crew
- music
6. Restart LiveCrew and test again.

If the issue continues, please contact support and include:
- your LiveCrew version
- the affected audio channel
- your audio device
- a short description of when the issue happens

If available, please also attach log files.

Default log folder:
C:\Users\<YourWindowsUser>\AppData\Local\Programs\CLB Studio\LiveCrew\logs\

You can also paste this into File Explorer:
%LocalAppData%\Programs\CLB Studio\LiveCrew\logs\

If the application was installed in a custom location, the log folder may be different.
